Favorite Things of 2015

Fashion
Happy New Year! Like everyone else in the world, I’m looking forward to this year and all that it holds! I’m expectant for what God has in store for me. As excited as I am for 2016 I wanted to look back at some of my favorite things of 2015. So I’ve rounded of some of my favorite products. 🙂
Favorite Things of 2015
 Beauty
I’ve always thought liquid foundation felt heavy and sticky. Until I found this. The best.
Game. Changer. If you were to buy any beauty product this year… It should be this! It makes your makeup go on so flawless. Ugh thinking about it now makes me excited.
The perfect pink!
This lipstick is super expensive but a little goes a long way. Not only does it go on smooth, but it stays on allllll day! Every time I wear it I get tons of compliments… 🙂
So yummy.
If you’re a bath person, they rock. If you don’t like baths then they aren’t worth it. But since I’m a bath person, they’re my fav!
Home
To binge watch Law & Order SVU on all day. #noshame
This record player doubles as a piece of decor. Clearly a pink record table is necessary.
Such a great coffee table book!
Got this bad boy back in August and it’s amazing. It takes less than 30 seconds to heat up. I can’t iron my clothes b/c irons scare me (true story) so I was looking for a steamer and this guy is perfect!
Who doesn’t want their house to smell like Anthropologie?!?!?!
Fashion
Such a staple!
OBSESSED. They seriously look good with everything!!
My biggest investment of 2015 and I love them so much I’m thinking about buying them in another color. #toomuch?
Classic Piece
I’m a loyal aviator fan and these are my newest obsession.
Who knew I would start wearing sneakers… These changed my opinion about sneakers.
Can’t. Stop. Buying. Plaid. Shirts.
When I was in New York it seemed like everyone wore a leather jacket so I was like ‘I NEED one.’ Boy was I right.
My favorite summer sandals. So comfortable. Perfect color. Need I say more?
Always,
Hannah

Thursday November 19th, 2015: Thanksgiving Look # 3

Fashion
Thanksgiving Look # 3
Happy Thursday! When I’m having a rough week I can always count on some outfit inspo to lift my spirits. This outfit did the trick!
This plaid skirt probably brings me too much excitement. It’s so festive without being too much. I’m LOVING the lace up flats trend… I got some a few weeks back from Steve Madden (which are a great quality). Then I realized Old Navy had a pair for half the price… I don’t know how great the quality is but I do know I like that $29 dollar price tag! Hollaaa. Another trend I’m loving is the mini bag. If you follow me on Instagram you probably saw my new pink mini bag from Henri Bendel… It. Is. Perfect.
As Always,
Hannah

Friday July 3rd, 2015: Graduation Dress

Fashion

Happy Friday! I love the Fourth of July. My dad loved fireworks so we would always spend the holiday on the river shooting off fireworks. Some of my favorite childhood memories revolve around this weekend. I’m so thankful for the beautiful country I live in!

Today I’m wearing the dress I wore to my graduation. When I put it on it brought back so many memories from that special day! When I was searching for a graduation dress I bought like 3 dresses because I couldn’t decide what I wanted… #indecisive. I found this bad boy and it was love at first sight. I loved the print, length, and how it covered my shoulders. My graduation gown was navy so this dress looked great peaking through the gown for pictures! And the best part, it’s on sale now! 🙂

Saturday June 27th, 2015: Easy Summer Outfit

Fashion

Happy Saturday! I had the most amazing time at camp this week! I am still overwhelmed with so many different emotions so I’ll be talking about camp in a few days. 🙂

Today I’m sharing one of my favorite summer outfits. Who doesn’t love a good jean short / floral top combo?! I unfortunately got this top a few summers ago from Kohl’s (LOVE me some Kohl’s #noshame) so I’ll link some similar tops. Just add some accessories like this Kendra Scott Necklace and these adorable wedges and BAM a easy summer outfit! I hope everyone enjoys the rest of their weekend. 🙂

Sunday June 21st, 2015: Babydoll Top

Fashion

Happy Sunday, y’all! I hope everyone is enjoying their Father’s Day. We celebrated my step dad last night because I leave for camp today. I am so so so excited for this camp. Each year my church takes a group of abused and neglected foster kids for a week of non-stop fun. I have the privilege of being a counselor this year! So it may be a little quiet on here for a few days but don’t worry, I’ll be back on Friday. So if you could keep me and our whole team in your prayers we would so appreciate it. 🙂

But on to the post! I was in Downtown Dallas a few weeks ago and I found this super cute boutique called Kettledrum Allie! They have the cutest tops and jewelry. I picked up the adorable top I’m wearing. Like I said in this post a few days ago, I’m loving the summer whites trend. Make sure to stop by Kettledrum Allie if you’re in Downtown and give them a follow on Instagram!

Wednesday May 27th, 2015: Shine Bright

Fashion

When my sister said it was hot I believed her, but this is a total different hot than Texas. I can handle 105-degree heat because I know that I’ll have air conditioner. Mexico doesn’t have air conditioner. ANYWHERE. So basically I feel like Ross, on Friends, with his leather pants every time I use the restroom #fail. It’s bad y’all.

ross fail 2

But don’t worry, the beauty and simplicity of the town make up for the horrendous heat. These photos were taken in the area of town called El Adoquin. This is the place to grab some souvenirs and just be a tourist… #unashamed. PS I hope y’all enjoy the sweat in some of these pictures!
