Happy New Year! Like everyone else in the world, I’m looking forward to this year and all that it holds! I’m expectant for what God has in store for me. As excited as I am for 2016 I wanted to look back at some of my favorite things of 2015. So I’ve rounded of some of my favorite products. 🙂

Beauty

1. Laura Mercier Moisture Supreme Foundation

I’ve always thought liquid foundation felt heavy and sticky. Until I found this. The best.

2. Beauty Blender

Game. Changer. If you were to buy any beauty product this year… It should be this! It makes your makeup go on so flawless. Ugh thinking about it now makes me excited.

3. Essie Nail Polish in ‘French Affair’

The perfect pink!

4. Tom Ford Lip in ‘Violet Fatale’

This lipstick is super expensive but a little goes a long way. Not only does it go on smooth, but it stays on allllll day! Every time I wear it I get tons of compliments… 🙂

5. Burberry Brit Perfume

So yummy.

6. LUSH Bath Bomb

If you’re a bath person, they rock. If you don’t like baths then they aren’t worth it. But since I’m a bath person, they’re my fav!

1. Apple TV

To binge watch Law & Order SVU on all day. #noshame

2. Crosley Record Player

This record player doubles as a piece of decor. Clearly a pink record table is necessary.

3. Humans of New York

Such a great coffee table book!

4. My Little Steamer

Got this bad boy back in August and it’s amazing. It takes less than 30 seconds to heat up. I can’t iron my clothes b/c irons scare me (true story) so I was looking for a steamer and this guy is perfect!

5. Capri Blue Volcano Candle

Who doesn’t want their house to smell like Anthropologie?!?!?!

Such a staple!

2. Lace Up Flats

OBSESSED. They seriously look good with everything!!

3. Valentino Rockstud

My biggest investment of 2015 and I love them so much I’m thinking about buying them in another color. #toomuch?

4. Coordinates Collection Bracelet

Classic Piece

5. Ray-Ban Aviators

I’m a loyal aviator fan and these are my newest obsession.

6. Nike Shoes

Who knew I would start wearing sneakers… These changed my opinion about sneakers.

7. Plaid Shirt

Can’t. Stop. Buying. Plaid. Shirts.

8. Leather Jacket

When I was in New York it seemed like everyone wore a leather jacket so I was like ‘I NEED one.’ Boy was I right.

9. Saltwater Sandals

My favorite summer sandals. So comfortable. Perfect color. Need I say more?

Thanksgiving is filled with so many great memories! Our whole family gets together and it involves my moms infamous corn casserole and my cousin Bailee’s cheesecake. Mmm I just love Thanksgiving! Here’s some outfit inspo for those of us who search for something cute and not too tight (that way we can eat un-godly amounts of dressing.) 😉

I’m loving the navy and burgundy trend this year! It’s so rich and classic. This shift dress has been sitting in my cart at Nordstrom for a few weeks and I think it’s finally time to just buy it already! It’s the perfect kind of dress for the crazy weather we have here in Texas. Throw on some gorg gold accessories, some classic riding boots, and hat… Cute and effortless. Happy Tuesday. 🙂

Sunday June 21st, 2015: Babydoll Top

Happy Sunday, y’all! I hope everyone is enjoying their Father’s Day. We celebrated my step dad last night because I leave for camp today. I am so so so excited for this camp. Each year my church takes a group of abused and neglected foster kids for a week of non-stop fun. I have the privilege of being a counselor this year! So it may be a little quiet on here for a few days but don’t worry, I’ll be back on Friday. So if you could keep me and our whole team in your prayers we would so appreciate it. 🙂

But on to the post! I was in Downtown Dallas a few weeks ago and I found this super cute boutique called Kettledrum Allie! They have the cutest tops and jewelry. I picked up the adorable top I’m wearing. Like I said in this post a few days ago, I’m loving the summer whites trend.
